Thanks to its iconic stand mixer, KitchenAid has been a beacon of color and design for over a century. But in recent years, competitors have been releasing copycat products, creeping in on KitchenAid's prized credentials. Compliment? Sure. But no bueno for business. That's why we needed to reassert the brand's iconic status through its 2023 Color of the Year launch.

It just so happened that the launch date for Color of the Year coincided with a big event all about color and design: New York Fashion Week. So together with renowned fashion designer, Marta Del Rio, we transformed a 100 year old design icon into a 12-piece haute couture collection.

We called it Kitchen Couture by KitchenAid.
